Processing Time

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible because we realize you are anxious to receive your merchandize with minimum of delay. Our goal is to process and ship your order within one business day and in most cases orders are shipped the same day unless the item is out of stock.

Domestic Shipping

Orders are shipped the most economical way for you, either FedEx, or USPS depending on the weight, size, and shipping destination for your package. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS.

International Shipping

Most orders will be shipped via USPS unless they exceed the maximum allowable size & weight allowed, or are considered fragile, in which case they will be shipped via FedEx.

The customer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred and will be billed separately by the carrier and/or government agency.


We ship to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses using USPS Priority Mail Service. Shipping costs are determined by order weight and size.

Shipping Time

In all cases we are not responsible for the delivery time of any order once it has left our premises.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, we will email tracking information to the email address provided with your order.

Expedited Shipping

Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using next day air will arrive in one business day after it was shipped from our facility.

Reship Orders

In rare cases where a customer receives incorrect merchandise, we will pay for the return shipping of the wrong item and the shipping for the correct item using the original shipping method.

Returns and Exchanges

If you order an item and decide to return or exchange it, we will gladly accept the item provided under the following conditions:

  • Vehicle Parts & Accessories: All return parts must be in UNUSED, UMARKED and in ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGE. Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • Clothing & Lifestyle Accessories: Items must be in NEW CONDITION and include original packaging, tags, instructions and packing material.

Prior to returning an item, please call customer service (678.832.4666) for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without a RMA will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments

All items are packed with great care using approved packing methods and picked up by the carrier in good condition.

Upon acceptance of the shipment, the carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery.

It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the package upon receiving the parts. FedEx have a 21 day claim policy. If United BMW is not notified, the package will remain unclaimed and will not be exchanged. Parts must not be installed or taken out of their original packaging in order to receive a replacement.
