- Items must be in like-new condition and returned undamaged in original packaging and with all tags in-place.
- A copy of the invoice must accompany the return, together with a note explaining the reason for the return (We want to learn how we can serve our customers better).
To make a return or exchange by mail:
- Prior to returning an item, please call customer service (678.832.4666) for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Items returned without a RMA will not be accepted.
